Welcome! I am so glad you are here.
My name is Kristin Quill. I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist specializing in eating disorder treatment. I also provide nutrition therapy to help manage various medical conditions.
I blend my training in medical nutrition therapy with principles of mindful and intuitive eating in a warm, collaborative environment to support my clients in healing their relationships with food.
My approach is compassionate and client-centered. I strongly believe that nutrition therapy should be holistic, meaning that it takes your physical, mental and emotional health into account. I take a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition therapy - meaning, I focus on helping my clients learn how to adopt health-promoting behaviors without a focus on weight loss. I welcome clients of all ages, genders and backgrounds in my work. This work is one of the great passions of my life and I would love to support you with your relationship with food and eating. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consult call to discuss questions about services and scheduling. Please note that all my nutrition services are offered virtually at this time.
My Training and Background
I graduated with honors from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in psychology. I completed my clinical training in dietetics at the Yale New Haven Hospital Dietetic Internship.
Since completing my education and training, I have treated people of all age ranges at all levels of eating disorder care. I previously served as a registered dietitian for Monte Nido and Affiliates eating disorder treatment centers, where I provided individual and group nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care.
In addition to my private practice work, I am also a Lead Dietitian at Equip Health, where I supervise dietitians and provide virtual family-based eating disorder treatment. I am also a member of the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians.
